At Hot Wax Candle Emporium, we offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return products purchased from us that are in new, gently used or defective condition (due to materials or craftsmanship) for a refund subject to the terms of the Return Policy.

 

Customers have 30 days from the purchased date in person or delivery the date for online purchases. Return unused items in their original packaging with proof of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to two weeks for your order/request to be processed.
