If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return products purchased from us that are in new, gently used, or defective condition (due to materials or craftsmanship) for a refund. Customers have 30 days from the purchase date to return in-person or online purchases made via delivery. Return unused items in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase, for a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to two weeks for your request to be processed once it is received for online returns. We will notify you as soon as your return has been received.
